Return and Exchange Policy
At SkiingChillFit, we strive to provide high-quality ski apparel and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the following terms:
1.Return and Exchange Period
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- For other returns (e.g., size or style issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
- Clearance or final sale items are also non-returnable.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange upon receiving the original item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@skiingchillfit.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- For all return and refund requests, we will process the refund only after receiving the photos you provide as proof that the product condition meets our return and refund policy, and you have provided a valid tracking number for the returned package. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed once we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
